We’re looking for a unicorn! An extremely well rounded and experienced product person to take complex problems from multiple user types and build out awesome solutions and products that customers love! You’ll be starting with a clean slate, working with our proposition owners to complete customer and market research to understand user goals and, with a bit of creative thinking, build a product vision and strategy that gets new and innovative propositions into customers’ homes.
We want someone with a hands-on approach to get stuck into the details and accelerate us to market with a start-up mentality.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

Carrying out customer research to understand user goals and staying close to what our customers are telling us.

Defining a product vision for how we might solve customer problems with technology and propositions. Then building a great Product Roadmap that gives direction, shows priorities and progress.

Working with wider product, propositions and technology teams to build proposition that meets the user goals and creates the best customer experience

Influence third parties, senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure the best possible Retail product.

Identify new technology and market trends to support the Retail Product and drive a lean experimental approach to unlocking value for customers and our business.

Stay on the forefront of change and drive an agile and adaptable approach to change
Are we the perfect match?

Degree qualified equivalent, with strong product experience

Experience leading agile teams with strong execution skills.

Experience facilitating product discovery.

Experience working with partnership organisations

Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines
It would be great if you had
