Your focus: As Programme Leader you’ll be responsible for the academic delivery and development of the IFP or IY1 HE programme. Our compliance and academic standards are set high to deliver an exceptional student experience. Your ability to develop and manage the academic team will ensure we meet and ideally exceed our academic, pastoral and quality assurance targets & standards.
The great news is you will still have some opportunity to teach some modules in the classroom using our innovative delivery methods and cutting-edge curriculum. Providing guidance and support to your team and our students ….your knowledge, powering each students’ potential.
Bring your experience: Applicants should have relative teaching experience and hold a Masters in the relevant subject. A teaching qualification and membership of the HEA would be a distinct advantage.

A little more about QA: QA Higher Education works in partnership with the University of South Wales to manage and deliver International Foundation Programmes (IFP) and an International Year One in Business (IY1). Successful completion of the IFP programmes allows entry onto a range of undergraduate programmes at the University. The International Year One allows entry into level 5.
