Isolation Supervisor
The successful Isolation Supervisor will support the Asset management department, you will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled engineers on a nightly basis dealing with maintenance of the 1FM Fire contract. Working Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6am from our Pirin Court depot in London, E16 4TL.
An established Isolation Supervisor with proven experience within TFL and fire Maintenance environment. Have previous experience of leading large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and supervise teams of full time permanent and contract staff engaged in all aspects of Maintenance activity.
- Assist with Schedulingand allocation of work
- Managing Performance against operational plans
- Ensure engineers complete all works to a high standard (first time fix)
- On site supervision of engineers
- Manage and conduct site Inspections, Vehicle Audits and Quality Audit
- Managing Performance against operational plans
Isolation Supervisor Key requirements:
- Understanding of Fire Isolations and faults relating to the 1FM fire contract
- Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment, look at efficiencies to maximise the output of the team
- Experience of leading large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities.
- Fire based knowledge: suppression, detection, compartmentation
- Full UK driving licence
