Up to £47,890 pa plus a £2,000 South East allowance per annum (for individuals based at Culham) and generous benefits package.

Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

 

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our vision is to be recognised nationally and internationally as the United Kingdom’s leading organisation for the provision of protective policing for the civil nuclear industry and other critical national infrastructure. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed professionals to our team.

We’re looking for an established Pay & Reward Manager to join our Pay and Reward team, contributing towards an effective total reward infrastructure and the development and delivery of an underpinning pay and reward policy framework to meet the needs of the business. Experience of operating in a complex pay governance environment with multiple stakeholders would be beneficial.

To be successful in the role you’ll have prior experience of effective best practice pay and reward processes, as you will be the subject matter expert for colleagues and employees within the CNC. You will be able to work seamlessly with the Human Resources Department and be able to demonstrate your adeptness of effectively managing and communicating complex areas of pay and reward across a wide audience.

Ideally MCIPD qualified (or equivalent), you’ll work closely with the other members of the Pay & Reward team, and the Human Resources department, so good communication and interpersonal skills are key, alongside the ability to influence at all levels. A sound understanding of HR legislation and policies and how they relate to pay and reward practices is key.

This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid working with a 60% / 40% split of home and office working, details of which will be discussed and agreed with the successful individual.
