Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with experience in backend development, ideally with Python and AWS.

Agile & DevOps Advocate: Embraces agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.

Mentorship & Coaching: Passion for mentoring and coaching engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
