We’re looking for a People Change Advisor to join us, working on the delivery of allocated programmes, projects and change initiatives that impact our Police Officers and Staff. You’ll provide flexible and efficient advisory, administrative, and logistical support to our People Change team, and undertake background research and information gathering as required and apply your knowledge and understanding of HR practice relating to organisational change to support the planning and delivery of people processes required to deliver and embed change and realise its intended benefits.

You’ll provide administrative support to the team, including compiling and presenting information for governance meetings, maintaining, and creating action and decision logs, monitoring budgetary expenditure and providing basic analytical capability and support. You’ll assist with the setting up and on-the-day support at workshops and focus groups, to assist in the key lifecycle stages of projects.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous HR experience, and if you also have People Change experience or experience in contributing to the planning and delivery of organisational change – this will be highly desirable. You’ll be a strong administrator with strong organisational skills and be a confident user of office IT systems and MS Excel. You’ll also be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and comfortable in writing clear and concise reports. You’ll have a high degree of numerical and data literacy, with the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets and extract relevant information.
