About our role: We are in the market for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions Manager to oversee and drive various projects within our admissions department. As the role is to cover maternity leave, you will be a support to both our Heads of Admissions in managing the different admissions projects and systems implementations we currently have underway.
While this role does not involve directly managing the admissions team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key projects related to admissions processes, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives. As Admissions Manager you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Project Management: Lead and manage different admissions-related projects to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Support with the implementation of the two new admissions systems and support with testing, enhancements build and bugs monitoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with admissions team, compliance, university partners and recruitment to ensure all admissions frameworks are up to date and reflect any changes that occur during the academic year.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing admissions processes and systems, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall applicant experience.
Communication: Attend different admissions related committees and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones. Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Have the required higher education experience and knowledge to help shape and improve our admissions processes and systems to support our Head of admissions in delivering business goals.[JR1]
Ability to think innovatively and creatively in planning and developing a fresh approach to existing activities.
Self-starter with the ability to take a leadership role in assigned projects Skills in implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and workflow.
Ability to develop operational policies, manuals, guides, and other related materials; Ability to work with sensitive data and multiple systems.
Flexibility to take on a wide variety of duties and willingness to adapt work schedule as required by the department.
