Job Purpose/Overview
The Business Change Analyst will act as a subject matter expert on change management project initiatives.

Other Duties Include

  • Work with minimal supervision to deliver Change Management services to stakeholders across NATS.
  • Facilitate the creation, use and effective execution of change management processes, practices and tools to increase successful change adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Identify, diagnose and support the mitigation of key business change risks and capability gaps within a change initiative working with members of the change team or wider change network.
  • Support the Portfolio assurance team by providing specialist, independent assurance on the change management aspects of change initiatives including the evaluation of quality, identification of findings, recommended actions and interventions where appropriate.
  • Establish and continuously improve change management capability across the business.
  • Work with team members on delivering change management related improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date specialist knowledge, skills and points of external learning to positively influence and challenge the development of services and standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Foundation level change management qualification or equivalent (e.g. People Centred Implementation, Change Management Institute, Prosci, APMG).
  • Demonstrable experience of defining, tracking and delivering change management activity to industry standards.
  • An accomplished, credible and respected professional with well-developed communication, stakeholder management and engagement skills, both written and verbal.
  • Workshop design and facilitation skills.
  • Able to identify and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, develop recommendations and present clearly and succinctly.
  • Demonstrates resilience and resourcefulness; works well at pace and under pressure within an evolving environment.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working with limited supervision.
  • Collaborative working style with a clear focus on delivering outcomes, whilst ensuring that individuals are engaged and appropriately involved in the journey.

Desirable:

  • Practitioner level change management qualification or equivalent (e.g. People Centred Implementation, Change Management Institute, Prosci, APMG).
  • Knowledge of Project, Programme or Portfolio management frameworks, standards and processes.
  • Knowledge of Air Traffic Management within a regulated context, NATS strategic objectives and Long-Term Investment Plan.
