We are looking for an energetic Campaign Manager to join the Brand and Marketing in-house team. As Campaign Manager, your primary KPIs will be brand metrics and web traffic. You’ll own end-to-end campaigning from identifying business objectives, developing marketing strategy including audience targeting and messaging and fulfilling your communications plan with our internal creative team. Your experience of advertising law will ensure you’ll push creative and claims boundaries within regulatory compliance. You’ll be taking a customer-centric approach working alongside cross-functional teams to gather insights and optimise customer journeys. Your expertise will allow you to deliver successful campaign activity across a variety of channels such as display, TV, OOH, radio or events. You will take ownership in weekly reporting and optimisation of campaigns, working with external vendors where relevant.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

Identify business objectives and turn them into campaign KPIs

Develop communications strategy by identifying the relevant channel mix and messaging for each audience

Craft regulatory-compliant messaging, taking charge of risk assessment by leveraging REGs and legal teams where required

Map and implement end-to-end campaign customer journeys

Write and fulfil campaign creative briefs with internal studio

Work with insights team to strengthen campaigning approach with customer trends

Review and learn from competitor activity weekly

Project manage timely delivery of campaigns

Work with internal and external media owners to plan and optimise campaign reach and conversion

Own weekly performance reporting to stakeholders, logging and following-up on key actions in between each meeting

Budget control of all campaign outputs

Champion brand metrics and brand consistency across outputs

Demonstrated brand-building campaign experience

Experience with media planning and fulfilment

Track record in handling senior and cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to handle and reconcile campaign budgets

Proven experience leading creative excellence

Ability to leverage data to maximise campaign performance and strategy

Experience to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Experience with start-up brand and/or sub-brand beneficial
