We’re looking for an experienced CRM Marketer to head up the commercial CRM function within the in-house Marketing team. You’ll be working alongside Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Customer Service and Commercial teams to deliver grow the value of our Sainsbury’s Energy and EON Next customer base. You’ll be accountable for developing CRM strategy against commercial targets, setting and driving the performance of relevant KPIs with your team, managing internal client stakeholders and a team CRM campaign leads.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

Developing CRM bottom-up plans in line with commercial targets

Translating business objectives into relevant KPIs

CRM strategy development spanning from defining audience targeting, messaging to channel strategy

Developing a strong rapport with e-commerce and digital teams to optimise conversion through end to end customer journeys

Holding relationship and performance accountability to business stakeholders
-
Proactively leveraging CRM plans to improve brand metrics
-
Actively managing performance dashboard across all campaigns, supporting the team in performance reporting and optimisations

Challenging the CRM campaign team use of CRM tool’s full potential, finding opportunities for automation where relevant

Holding responsibility for implementing adequate frameworks for quality control

Accountable for brand guardianship of all CRM communications

Proactively engaging with customer service to gain customer insights and manage impact of CRM campaigns

Managing CRM campaign team, supporting individual career progression and handling resourcing of projects

Nurturing wider CRM team cohesion and cross-pollination opportunities, through strong collaboration with the smart and engagement CRM pillars

Holding responsibility for proactive prioritisation of initiatives and team workload

Protecting the CRM campaign team autonomy through relevant team and individual meetings, actively anticipating and helping remove blockers towards a timely delivery of campaigns

Signing-off briefs and campaign outputs

Responsible for performance reporting to relevant stakeholders
Are we the perfect match?
We’re looking a CRM Marketer with the following experience and skills;

Energy industry experience is a bonus
-
Experience with a start-up brand and/or sub-brand beneficial

1+ years experience directly managing a team
-
Ability to develop CRM strategy including campaign, customer journey and comms strategies

Experience in performance-driven campaigning

Highly operational, with an ability to handle multiple stakeholders
-
Digitally minded with the ability to work with automated marketing software solutions
-
Ability to leverage data to maximise campaign performance and strategy
-
Experience with changing priorities and fast-paced working environments
-
Implementing brand TOV with consistency
-
Willingness to challenge and think outside the box
-
Ability to work with autonomy
