Commercial Value Lead

As a Customer Value Manager, you will work with the business to understand the value of our customers in the Residential and SME sectors. Your primary focus will be to support in-depth analysis, develop business cases, identify opportunities for enhancing customer value, and oversee the management of the value model to ensure data accuracy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our business strategies align with maximising customer value and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing…

  • Customer Value Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the value of customers within the Residential and SME segments. Utilise data-driven insights to identify key patterns and behaviours that influence customer value.

  • Value Model Management: Oversee the management of the customer value model, ensuring data feeding into the model is accurate by implementing processes for data quality assurance and collaborating with the relevant teams.

  • Business Case Development: Assist in the creation of robust business cases that align with the company’s goals and focus on enhancing the overall value proposition for both Residential and SME customers.

  • Value Improvement Opportunities: Use data to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve customer value across various touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experiences and loyalty.

  • Strategic Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial team in devising strategies that focus on customer-centric approaches, emphasising long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

  • A key part of this role will also be to build effective relationships with internal teams, you’ll need to be comfortable managing and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
