We are seeking an experienced and talented Creative Director to join our team. This role requires two hats sometimes, time for creativity and leading and nurturing a diverse team for creative professionals and sometimes focussing on having a strong strategic and business mindset and the ability to navigate your way through a growing brand.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Help set and articulate the creative vision and direction for the team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and inspiring the team to achieve common goals. Whilst providing strategic oversight and direction on all creative projects, ensuring cohesiveness and consistency across all outputs.

Champion and foster the team’s relationship with creativity outside of the day to day projects. Using inhouse and agency initiatives to keep the creative edge.

Provide leadership support by guiding and managing creative output on a daily basis, fostering cohesion, collaboration, and consistency in work delivery. Whilst not forgetting the importance of mentoring and guiding junior creative teammates, supporting in their professional growth and development.

Help articulate creative concepts, brand strategies, the role of the brand and the importance of consistency to the business, facilitating effective communication between creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Bringing your own fresh ideas and push the boundaries of creativity, driving innovation and excellence within the team and ensuring adherence to established direction and standards are met while fostering the creatives to generate fresh ideas and push creative boundaries to drive innovation and excellence.

Contribute to and assist in planning and resourcing initiatives and check in with project progress, ensuring timelines are met by the creatives and proactively addressing any creative challenges that may arise.

Identify opportunities to refine and optimise creative processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Build and nurture business relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborating with stakeholders to co-create solutions that help achieve E.ON Next goals.

We’re looking for a Creative Director with the following experience and skills:

Proven experience in creative leadership roles. 3+ years in a similar role.

Up to date portfolio showcasing your ability and experience.

An all rounder, both visual and copy experience is a must.

Both inhouse and agency experience is a must.

Strong strategic mindset and the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to mentor and develop creative talent.

Proficiency in creative software and tools.

A passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.

Be adaptable and resilient to business challenges and change, anticipating trends and shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
