Credit Operations Manager

We are passionate about supporting our customers to stay out of debt and if they do get into debt helping them to get out of it. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and proven track record in delivering change in an operations environment to join us in SME Credit Operations in our mission to have debt free relationships with our customers, deliver great results for our business and to make our team a great place to work

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and understanding complex problems and applying problem-solving principles to the challenges we face in our end to end customer journeys and processes

  • Bringing together skills and knowledge across business areas to deliver substantial change initiatives and also ongoing continuous improvement

  • Manage projects with multiple streams of activity and a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Work with the operation on business readiness ensuring change lands effectively, is embedded and delivers the desired outcomes

  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders to identify further opportunities for improvement, building business cases where required and influencing senior leaders

Are we the perfect match?

  • You will have proven project management experience having delivered projects end to end into operational environments

  • Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to apply Lean principles. Lean six sigma green belt or yellow belt or equivalent is an advantage

  • Effective stakeholder management at all levels in the business is key

  • Your communication style will be clear and concise with an ability to articulate your ideas, updates and outcomes both verbally and through documentation. You will have a head for numbers and be able to demonstrate clear commercial value

  • Credit and Debt knowledge will be an advantage
