CRM Engagement Manager

Are you a CRM Marketer full of ideas and passion? This role could be for you.

You’ll be working alongside the wider Go to Market, Creative, Tech, Customer Service and Commercial teams to strategise and enable the delivery of performance-driven CRM campaign activity for the EON Next and Sainsbury’s Energy brands. Successful candidates will lead the customer engagement CRM pillar, identifying business objectives, setting and reporting against KPIs, developing CRM marketing strategy and enabling their team to deliver data-led campaigns.

The customer engagement team empowers customers to save energy, time and money through proactive and reactive dynamic communications.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

  • Annual KPI definition and team assignment

  • Initiative planning against KPIs

  • Holds relationship and accountability to business stakeholders

  • Proactive engagement with brand tracker to spot opportunities for improvement

  • Brand guardianship

  • Holds responsibility for timely delivery of initiatives

  • Team management, hiring, initiative assignment

  • Removing/escalating blockers

  • Reporting overview and ongoing optimisation

  • Brief and output sign offs

  • Shares reporting in relevant forum

  • Proactive overview of plans and implementation

Are we a match?

We’re looking a CRM Marketer with the following experience and skills;

  • 1+ years demonstrated experience in the energy industry is a must

  • Experience with a start-up brand and/or sub-brand beneficial

  • 1+ years experience directly managing a team

  • Ability to develop CRM strategy including campaign, customer journey and comms strategies

  • Experience in performance-driven campaigning

  • Highly operational, with an ability to handle multiple stakeholders

  • Digitally minded with the ability to work with automated marketing software solutions

  • Ability to leverage data to maximise campaign performance and strategy

  • Experience with changing priorities and fast-paced working environments

  • Implementing brand TOV with consistency

  • Willingness to challenge and think outside the box

  • Ability to work with autonomy
