Job Purpose:
Manage the customer and stakeholder interview pipeline for growth & innovation initiatives, understand customers needs and synthesize and document insight, learns to design, and drives the product experimentation plans
Main Responsibilities:

Lead research activities, taking ownership of the end-to-end research process, from planning and designing studies to conducting research and presenting actionable insights

Collaborate with product management to develop hypotheses for customer segment, customer problem, current behaviour, value proposition, price sensitivity and others

Design qualitative and quantitative validation interviews
-
Select, source and engage audiences for the interviews
-
Conduct interviews, capture and analyse responses to determine insights
-
Present findings and make recommendations drawn from data captured

Create and maintain customer archetypes / personas based on research findings, ensuring a deep understanding of the target customer(s)

Support the development and measurement of initiative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Essential knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications & competencies:

Self-motivated and independent worker, who can thrive in a fast paced environment

Strong customer development experience

Experience working in a lean startup environment

Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insight driving value for the customer

Experience in online market research

Well organized with a strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to handle large volumes of data from multiple sources
