We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Creative Production to join our team. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a strong understanding of creative production processes, and proficiency in managing both external agencies, people and projects.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing
● Take full ownership of all creative management and delivery topics, ensuring projects stay on track from conception to completion and are aligned to business objectives. This covers the co-ordination of both our internal creative team as well as external production and creative agencies we rely on to fulfil the creative request. This would require you to engage deeply with the business by working on significant (and the less significant) projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.
● Help drive alignment within the team by prioritising and roadmapping initiatives with the broader GTM teams, ensuring a value-focused approach and facilitating educated decision-making conversations around creative production and timelines.
● Collaborate with the broader business, GTM teams, creative, and creative production teams to define and optimise processes, addressing bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
● Be on the front foot of evaluating, implementing, and maintaining all creative technology platforms used by the team, staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to maximise team efficiency and effectiveness.
● Nurture and manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and freelancers, enabling agility in project fulfilment while upholding quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
● Provide guidance, foster collaboration and accountability, identify talent gaps, and offer training and mentorship to develop the team.
● Establish and uphold quality standards and best practices for all creative outputs, ensuring consistency and excellence.
● Manage production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints through effective accruals and collaboration with accounting.

We’re looking for a Head of Creative Production with the following experience and skills:
● Proven experience in creative production management and leadership roles. 5+ years experience in a similar role
● A mix of inhouse and agency experience is mandatory
● Strong understanding of creative processes, project management, and resource allocation.
● Proficiency in design and production software.
● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
