Partnership Manager

NATS Services, part of the NATS Group is now entering an important phase of their strategy to provide technology enabled services to all new airspace users. This phase will establish routes to market and accelerate technology enablement by developing strategic partners and collaborations.

We are seeking a Commercial Partnership Delivery Manager to manage collaborative relationships, optimise value and ensure continuous alignment. The role is key to our successful commercial delivery strategy for new airspace users ensuring growth, mutual benefit, and achieving key objectives with our partners.

Other duties include:

  • Manage Strategic Partnership plan and technology roadmap to maximise value and commercial growth, ensure a secure pipeline and revenue generation. Set measurable targets and milestones
  • Oversee programme and projects at delivery phase. Identify remedies to solve problems and ensure all projects are adequately resourced, and effectively managed
  • Monitor and control programme risks and issues to minimise adverse impact and deliver outcomes to required standards
  • Provide direction to multi-functional and cross organisational teams both in NATS and with the Partner, build and maintain strong relationships and ensure successful delivery and growth of the Programme
  • Lead Quarterly Business Relationship Reviews with partners, attend internal and external programme/project boards representing interests of both NATS and the customer
  • Coordinate with key governance groups and principal stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment to the overall commercial delivery programme portfolio and business objectives

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent demonstrable experience with commercial partnerships, and a proven track record of leading and winning significant new business
  • Strategic commercial ability, comfortable working with high levels of detail and accuracy
  • A flair for building relationships, gather intelligence, create, and maintain stakeholder networks and influence at all levels
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative, an outcome-oriented leader
  • An inclusive and involving style, comfortable within dynamic cross-functional management and environments
  • Ability to analyse financial data, recognise opportunities and risks to support business decisions
  • Adaptive, and resilient in the face of constant change, deadlines, and stakeholder demands
  • Demonstrable understanding of end-to-end customer engagement – contracts, service level agreements, product lifecycle financial reporting and commercial business planning
  • Understanding of project management tools and techniques to deliver programmes and mitigate risks is advantageous
  • Experience within New Airspace Users (NAU), Civil Aviation ATM sector is essential. Specific knowledge of the Unified Traffic Management (UTM) market desirable
