PMO Lead

Job Purpose

The role holder will lead the PMO capability within the newbuild residential transformation team. Leading the coordination of activities across the residential new build market including consolidation of Eco2Solar, project activity for product development and supporting campaign activity amongst other topics. Alongside these responsibilities the role holder will be responsible for tracking budgets, developing commercially viable products/programs and working with Finance to track the performance of the shadow P&L.

Main Responsibilities

  • The role holder will lead the PMO capability within the newbuild residential transformation team.

  • Lead and coordinate that anticipated integration activity related to the Eco2Solar business.

  • Maintain the tracking of product development for the residential new build market and inflight trials across our customer base.

  • Responsible for tracking budgets, developing commercially viable products/programs and working with Finance to track the performance of the shadow P&L.

  • Coordinate trial and campaign activity across the residential new build developers we work with.

  • Defining and shaping commercial approaches to ensure we reach our ambitious commercial targets within New Build.

  • Consolidating customer requirements for projects & propositions into a commercial model, producing relevant key decision metrics and pricing outcomes, influencing the shape of the proposition.

  • oversight and governance, partnering the business development team, for each project through the internal approvals process and through to delivery.

  • Actively lead the design & development of commercial & contractual structures used in our business development activity, ensuring they are robust, fit for purpose, scale-able and aligning to the needs of the customer segment, with support from Finance and Legal.

  • Driving commercial management through proven tools, models, techniques, and knowledge, drawing on other markets where relevant.

  • Proactively managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactively mitigating risks by ensuring alignment with policy, legal and regulatory stakeholders.

  • Working in partnership with key internal teams to create and grow value and minimise duplication.

  • Drive value from cross business activities, maintaining a good understanding of any synergetic activities and commercial models.
