London Medical is a specialist outpatient clinic located in London’s renowned medical district Harley Street and is now a part of Bupa Health Services. Our diabetes and specialist services offer customers fast access to diagnosis, treatment, and support when they need it, as well as onward pathways to high quality care at Bupa’s Cromwell Hospital.

What you’ll do

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and noticed customer service professional to join this dynamic organisation as it goes through a period of dramatic growth and transformation. The business is looking to develop its staff rapidly so that they can assume greater responsibility and provide additional value to the business. The team will be the face of the company. It is a high energy position with a commitment to providing first class service to every visitor to the clinic. To be successful you will need to be happy working in a fast-paced environment, being comfortable to go above and beyond for every customer and to deliver outstanding patient care.

This role requires flexibility with shift patterns in order to meet the clinic demands. Our hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

· To provide a friendly, welcoming, professional, polite and discreet service to all patients.

· Register all patients on the Electronic Patient Record accurately.

· To follow the patient pathway in handling incoming telephone calls, emails and electronic communication methods.

· Make appointments for all consultants in line with the agreed clinic protocols.

· To arrange any medical tests in house or externally that have been requested by a consultant and to adhere with protocols.

· To respond to incoming emails or electronic communications within agreed clinic timescales.

· To log all patient enquiries on the CRM and follow up where appropriate.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

· Previous experience in a customer service or sales focused environment and understanding of customer service excellence and the sales cycle (essential)

· Experience in a healthcare setting.

· IT skills including proficient on Microsoft Office systems and Salesforce CRM (desirable).

· Basic understanding of customer payments/accounting
