Job Purpose and Summary
This role will be responsible for managing multiple teams to deliver best in class services, representing Canon onsite at prestigious customer premises in London.
You will manage all CBS operational, business and financial performance aspects of the assigned accounts and teams through Team Leaders, maximising development of their skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for securing the ongoing revenue and profitability targets of new and existing CBS accounts by building and sustaining strong customer relationships and creating best in class operating models for all accounts through the effective management of site managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with all allocated clients.

What we ask
The role involves:
- Daily management of operations in assigned teams to ensure overall team performance, customer satisfaction and targets are achieved.
- Working within yearly business plan within assigned area to ensure CBS budget is met and revenue is achieved.
- Ensuring correct use of the company’s processes and propose improvements when appropriate.
- Monitoring and developing customer and employee satisfaction.
- Managing resources to ensure the availability of the right quality and quantity of resources.
- Ensuring a professional working relationship is maintained, and that local operational needs and SLA’s are balanced.
- Visiting customers and prospects in order to solve business issues and explore new business opportunities.
- Liaising with sales colleagues to maximize business opportunities as appropriate.
- Effectively managing, leading, motivating and developing staff within the team by maximising development of their skills (through monitoring training plans & performance of employees).
- Identifying business improvements relating to the processing and production of products and services through close liaison with key customer stakeholders and providing a plan to the Operational Management team.
As the Document Services Manager you will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Sales development and proposal skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- IT skills (inc. Microsoft applications).
- Time management and organisational skills.
- People management skills.
- Operations Management experience
- Industry experience desirable
- At least 2 years client relationship experience in a management role
- Working knowledge of all Document Management procedures and techniques. Including but not limited to: Digital and Traditional print; Document archive (hard and soft copy) and retrieval; Drawings control and management; Design and Marketing products
- Good understanding of Mail and Courier services
- Presentation of verbal and written information to clients at all levels of an organization.
- Handling variable and conflicting business issues.
- Comprehensive experience and understanding print quality assurance processes.
- Evidence of understanding of delivery services against customer demands.
- Experience of working in a large corporate environment

Salary – £41,033 – £43,312 + 10% Bonus
