The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our Duty Planning team plays a crucial role in deploying our staff effectively. As the Duty Planning Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders to coordinate and implement change initiatives. You will use your proactive and pragmatic approach to embed solutions, working closely with the organisation to manage staffing, resourcing, and duty planning matters.
You’ll be a strong team leader and motivator, with experience of managing change, problem solving and decision making. You’ll have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will be confident in building and nurturing relationships with collaborators. You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You’ll have strong analytical skills to analyse statistical data and report writing, with great attention to detail.
This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid working, the split will be agreed between the individual and line manager upon appointment.
