Full-Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

Salary Scale SO1: £36,527 – £38,945 per annum

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Assistant to join a great team at Bridgend College.

Job purpose: To manage and deliver projects and workstreams, whilst undertaking executive support functions, providing capacity and support to ensure high quality effective outputs. You will harness digital technologies and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum of 3 years in a role supporting senior/executive roles
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, prioritising workload
  • Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient navigating around a Microsoft Office or preferably Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
  • Ability to touch type at 80WPM+
