As a Senior Operational Support Officer, you can play an integral role in our development.

We are looking for an Organisational Support Process Assurance Manager to ensure that the provision and compilation of monitoring processes are in place to provide efficient and effective support functions through specifically detailed Organisational Support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and process review information.

You’ll gain in depth knowledge of the organisation and its processes whilst being responsible for supporting and developing the Organisational Support Services team to ensure compliance and providing internal procedural and stakeholder guidance. Using your knowledge and experience you will be required to continually assess and help drive forward the implementation of Organisational Support business improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and engage at a strategic, tactical and operational level internally and externally to ensure all joint requirements are met.
  • Support the Senior Organisational Support Manager to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators and measures.
  • Chair departmental meetings where appropriate, for example, performance meetings with relevant Organisational Support teams,
  • Attend and actively contribute to a range of internal/external meetings, in relation to process assurance, finance and other areas linked to the role.
  • Liaise closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to support, monitor, and ensure compliance with requirements through provision of information.
  • Determine and establish quality standards related to Organisational Support deliverymaintaining and developing systems to provide accurate reporting to the Organisational Support Managers/teams that can be further circulated to senior managers and executives to prove continued efficient delivery of support services.
  • Ensure that all aspects of data protection requirements are supported, safeguarding the CNC and complying with the GDPR legislation.
  • Provide assurance that appropriate KPIs are to target, address any risks and communicate to all relevant stakeholders and Organisational Support Managers.
  • Providing professional advice for continuous improvement to the Organisational Support managers and the CNC Efficiency Working Group et al.
  • Design and build a presentation model for teams process performance data for onwards reporting.
  • Undertake continuous process improvement activities to ensure best value for money and operational delivery is efficient and effective.
  • Provide mentoring and support to Organisational Support Senior Support Officers to ensure the achievement of excellent standards to help build and develop a high performing team.

  • Previous line management experience/ability to motivate & lead a team
