Sales Regional Co-ordinator – Stockley Park 13 views

Canon UK are looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator – in this role you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to the Document Solutions Sales Channel ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction & service are achieved.

• Act as an internal & external Sales Support resource, assisting the rest of the Sales Operations team as and when required.
• Provide first line support for escalations on account queries from customers and provide an escalation process to the relevant department.
• Responsible for supporting with the Customer Services Mailbox and the management of the trials, refurbished machines and loans processes.
• First point call for complaints, support and escalate as appropriate.

You will need

As the Sales Regional Co-Ordinator you will possess the following skills and expertise;

• Strong written & oral communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Good planning & organising skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle & Salesforce.com desirable
• Good IT skills (MS Office suite)
