An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Workforce Planning Team as a Workforce Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating, analysing, and reporting data across a range of subject areas within the People and staffing domains. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support staffing on the rostering system (UKG) to ensure efficient appliance staffing. 
  • As part of the Workforce planning team support processes on UKG and Oracle, including moves, leave, payments and tickets. 
  • Provide tailored technical advice and support on staffing and system usage. 
  • Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive process guides and guidance documents. 

Experience and skills. 

Essential 

  • A high level of IT skills, with experience of using a variety of software packages including proficiency in excel. 
  • Experience of staffing/rostering. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. 

Desirable 

  • Experience of training and presenting. 
  • Experience with HR Management systems such as Oracle.
